New Hole Punching Unit For Sheet Fed Paper Bag Machines

In the paper bag production process, the hole punching process may seem simple, but it directly impacts the practicality and aesthetics of the paper bag.

Whether it's the holes for stringing on tote paper bag or tying ribbons on luxury bags, the accuracy of the punching's placement, spacing consistency, and customizable fit all play a crucial role in the final product's quality. 1. Changing the Traditional Punching Method

Traditional sheet fed paper bag machines typically punch holes in the bottom opening unit, need using specialized molds. Because paper bags typically have a 200-500gsm top reinforce card, these holes are difficult to penetrate and will leave jagged edges,only rely on the subsequent use of punching machine or rope threading machine. To address this daily user challenge, ZENBO has developed a new generation of hole punching components. These components create smooth and without sawtooth holes, making manual stringing easier and saving time on secondary processing.

2.Linear Guide Rail

The hole punching mechanism utilizes a two-way linear guide rail design.

The linear guide provides convenient adjustment and more stable punching accuracy, enabling millimeter-level precision punching for both small, thin, and large, thick paper bags.

The two-way design also allows machine operators to easily adjust the horizontal and vertical position of the punch holes to meet the punching requirements of different paper bag sizes, and flexibly adjust the spacing between holes.

This ensures that the hole positions of batches of paper bags are exactly as specified by the buyer, preventing defects and substandard products caused by deviations in hole positions.

3.Customizable Hole Punching Solutions

(1) Different punching spacing ranges and punching diameters can be customized according to the user's actual needs.

(2) The punching type can be customized according to the user's actual punching type, such as: ribbon tying holes, die-cutting holes, ear holes, etc.

(3) Worry-free waste disposal: A funnel-shaped waste discharge channel and tray collection component are designed under the punching mechanism to facilitate the disposal of paper waste after punching, and will not cause machine clogging during long-term use.

4.Low loss rate and usage cost

The newly designed punching unit is composed of an air pump and modular components. The replacement of the perforating drill bit is convenient and time-saving. The steel perforating drill bit is low in cost, which reduces production costs and improves efficiency.
