Zhejiang ZENBO Paper Bag Machine Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. Initially, it primarily produced sheet fed paper bag making machines, including the ZB50A, ZB1100A, and ZB1100B semi automatic paper bag making machines, priced between US$20,000 and US$60,000. ZENBO's debut at the Beijing International Printing Exhibition 2009, showcasing its first generation of products, was a huge success, with enthusiastic customer orders laying a solid foundation for the company's growth. This demonstrates the broad market prospects of the paper bag making machine industry.

In 2010, ZENBO developed the first generation of its ZB960C automatic paper bag machine, which was showcased at the Shanghai International Print Exhibition. The single machine sold for over $150,000 USD. ZENBO also developed the ZB50B (manually fed paper bag) hot glue paper bag bottom gluing machine, the ZB50B-2 (automatic fed paper bag) hot glue paper bag bottom gluing machine, and the ZB60B water base glue paper bag bottom gluing machine.

That same year, at the Guangdong International Color Carton Exhibition, ZENBO was sued by a competitor for intellectual property rights violations, negatively impacting the company's continued development. Recognizing the importance of intellectual property rights, the company incorporated product development and patent protection into its long-term strategic goals, providing an opportunity for innovation and development.

In 2011, ZENBO placed greater emphasis on product R&D and intellectual property rights, successfully developing the ZB1200C-430 and ZB700C-240, replacing the ZB960C with superior products. Production of the ZB960C was subsequently discontinued. In 2011, ZENBO officially became a National High-Tech Enterprise in China and completed the development of the Chinese product standard for automatic sheet fed paper bag making machines. Annual sales exceeded US$3 million, making ZENBO a large-scale industrial enterprise in China.

In 2012, Zenbo became a famous brand product and patent demonstration enterprise in Ruian City, and participated in the Drupa exhibition in Germany in the same year, starting to let packaging companies around the world know Zenbo.

In 2013, Zenbo officially became a famous brand product in Wenzhou. In the same year, the company moved into a new factory, and the factory area expanded to 10 times that of 2009. This laid the foundation for subsequent upgrading and research and development of products.This year, ZENBO took the lead in upgrading the maximum paper feed size of the ZB1050S sheet fed paper bag machine with handles from 1050mm to 1260mm according to user needs, and named the newly upgraded machine ZB1260S-450.

In 2014, ZENBO officially launched the world's first insert pasting fully automatic paper bag machine, the ZB1200CS-430. This machine, for the first time, integrated the top folding process into the paper bag production line. Its insert pasting process combined with turn around and flip over process solved the problem of paper bag tubes glue side easily bursting when the bottom is opening. The ZB1200CS-430 was unveiled at the Shanghai International All in Print Exhibition 2014, where orders exceeded 10 million RMB. In 2015, ZENBO independently developed the ZB1200S fully automatic sheet fed paper bag machine and the semi-automatic ZB50S hot glue paper bag bottom gluing machine. After investigation, it was found that users needed a larger paper feed size and a straight bottom function. Therefore, the maximum paper feed width from 1200mm was directly expanded to 1250mm, and the split bottom card function was added. The model was renamed ZB1250S-450, becoming ZENBO's first generation of split bottom paper bag machines, which received high praise from users. In the same year, the company successfully developed an automatic reinforce top card unit and integrated it in series with the ZB1200CS-430. The model with the new automatic reinforce top card function was named ZB1200CT-430. The company's product innovation has reached a new level, and it obtained 12 invention patents and 28 utility model patents that year. In the same year, ZENBO's paper bag machine officially became a major scientific and technological project in Ruian City.

In 2016, ZENBO independently developed a new automatic insert bottom card unit for paper bags. Based on actual user needs, it launched the semi-automatic ZB60S water-based bottom gluing machine. By integrating the insert bottom card unit, it also developed two fully automatic machines: the ZB1200CS-430S and the ZB1200CT-430S. That same year, ZENBO participated in Drupa for the second time, showcasing the world's first ZB1200CT-430S. By showcasing its technological achievements and products over the past few years, ZENBO ignited a new understanding of the Chinese-made ZENBO brand among European and American customers. Furthermore, ZB1260S-450 can add the insert bottom card function according to user needs and is named ZB1260S-450S.

From 2017 to 2018, Zenbo entered a golden period of rapid development. While actively planning new facilities to increase productivity, the company also continuously absorbed practical experience from its machines, continuously improving details to enhance user experience, and constantly upholding the company's business philosophy of "Achineve Customer Success, Customer First." During this period, Zenbo's paper bag machine sales continued to grow.

In 2019, based on the ZB1260S-450 model, ZENBO independently developed the ZB1260RS-450 dual feeding mode roll to sheet paper bag paper bag machine, adapting to the limited factory space of its users. the machine can adapt to the paper after flexo printing in the roll feeding mode; the paper after offset printing suits the sheet feeding mode. This reduces the number of paper loading and paper change downtimes, reducing labor intensity.

In 2020, Zenbo officially launched the fully automatic roll fed paper bag making machines, named ZB560RS, ZB460RS, ZB360RS, and ZB260RS.

In 2021, the company moved to the new factory in Nanbin street, comprehensively improving its overall image, making the company's management more standardized, and providing users with better services. In the same year, the ZB1260RS-450S dual feeding mode roll to sheet paper bag paper bag machine obtained the "First Set" certification from the Chinese government, recognizing that we have developed such a machine.

In 2023, ZENBO developed the high-speed ZB1260RS-450 roll to sheet fed paper bag machine. This model features a single roll fed system and a top folding function. Through the design of multiple integrated structures and components, the roll to sheet fed paper bag machine significantly increases its operating speed, reaching a maximum speed of 100 bags per minute, the same as a roll fed machine. Its efficiency rivals that of a roll fed machine, while its functionality surpasses that of a roll-to-roll machine, making it a popular choice among users.

In the same year, ZENBO also developed the first generation of double sheets jointed paper bag machines, enabling the production of wide-width bags from narrow-width paper. This solves the problem of small-format printing presses and reduces investment in printing presses and various pre-bag processing equipment.

ZENBO is also the first paper bag machine to utilize a full servo motor design. The new generation ZB1200CT-430ES allows for quickly one-click switching of bag sizes using mobile device.

In 2024, ZENBO upgraded the original ZB1200CT-430S to the ZB1200CT-450S. The ZB1200CT-450S now covers the bag making sizes of the previous two machines (ZB1200CT-430S and ZB700CT-240S). The fully servo machine was upgraded and named ZB1200CT-450ES. ZENBO participated in the Drupa exhibition for the third time, and its advanced technology caused a sensation in the global market.

In 2025, Zenbo officially launched four new series, B, V, E and T, at the Beijing Printing Exhibition, pushing the intelligence and automation of paper bag machines to a new level.
