1. Paper Roll Fixed-point Humidification Function

• Avoid the bottom corner split during the production, due to dry climate or insufficient
  paper moisture.

2. Mould Difference

• 

  Machine all with 2pcs Moulds, which means new machine will be more earier when it need alignment, save time, save labor cost.Also, when the machine make different width bags, new machine can be easily adjustment.

• 

  Old machine still with 1pc mould and need to change the mould even there's maybe only 0.5mm bag width differences.

3. Forming Board Difference

• 

  For new machine, the forming board can be adjustments by the wrench on the side. To make the paper bag in the center area.

• 

  For old machine,the forming board is fixed, cannot adjust. If the paper bag do not at the center area, we need to adjust at the following process-the bottom clamp.(See the yellow circle)

4. Paper Deflector Difference

• 

  New machine no need the old way. As it with air suction device when the bag in the bottom folding process.

• 

  Old machine with paper deflector which need adjustments according to the bag bottom width.

5. Bottom Angle Clips Difference

• 

  New machine, the bottom angle clips controlled by moter, can be adjusted as a whole piece, or individually.

• 

  Old machine cannot adjustable when it in production line.only can be adjusted when the machine stoped. Even only 1-2mm at most.

6. Glue Tray Difference

• 

  New machine with small size glue tray. And the roller is made by steel, also it is equipped with moter. Will be more easliy to clean up, and save glue.

• 

  Old machine with big size glue tray. And the roller is made by nylon. It cannot be cleaned when machine stopped. 

7. Bottom Sealing Difference

• 

  New machine is with variable speed, it could be not affect by the size of the bags. Even with big width bottom or small. 

• 

  Old machine is with constant speed,it will be difficulty in bottom sealing process when making the paper bags with big width bottom. 

8. Bottom Sealing Difference

• 

  New machine is only 1pc belt, and it is dispensable.But it will be much more stable if with belt.

• 

  Old machine is convey the bags by 2pcs belt. It is indispensable. If the belt is broken, also it is not easy to replace a new one.Sometimes it may stick by glue, and not easy to clean up.

9. Paper Bag Counter Difference
