ZB 1450CS-550S/ZB 1200CS-430S Single-Sheet Fully Automatic Paper Making Machine Improves Production Efficiency And Accuracy
Description
CS-S series machines are fully automatic paper bag making machines developed and produced independently by Zenbo in 2018. This series of machines incorporates many proprietary technologies owned by Zenbo, such as the pull-down cam clamping and flipping, automatic top folding (embedded), and automatic bottom cardboard inserting.
The series features uninterrupted bottom cardboard inserting functionality, where the bottom card enters the bag bottom directly as the paper bag moves, without the need to pause for card insertion. This significant advantage lies in its high-speed production capability, with the highest bag-making speed reaching 100 bags per minute. Even at high speeds, it maintains high precision and low defect rates, effectively enhancing the company's bag production capacity and reducing labor costs.
These machines are primarily used for batch production of paper bags made from thick paper, with paper weights ranging from 190gsm to 300gsm. By using thick paper and adding bottom cards, they can better withstand the weight of heavy items such as tobacco and alcohol products, dairy products, beverages, and gift bags.
The ZB1200CS-430S model is mainly used to produce high-end gift paper bags of conventional sizes, with finished bag lengths ranging from 180mm to 430mm and widths ranging from 80mm to 175mm. The bottom card length ranges from 170mm to 430mm, and the width ranges from 70mm to 165mm.
The ZB1450CS-550S model is primarily used to produce high-end gift paper bags of giant sizes, with finished bag lengths ranging from 280mm to 550mm and widths ranging from 100mm to 230mm. The bottom card length ranges from 270mm to 550mm, and the width ranges from 90mm to 200mm.
