Description

The RS series equipment uses a roll feeding method, primarily designed for producing eco-friendly paper bags with or without handles. The RS series technology is on par with international standards, featuring a servo-driven control system with high levels of automation, production efficiency, and product quality. This makes it suitable for large-scale production of everyday paper bags, such as those used for buying vegetables and fruits, supermarket shopping, and takeout. It also supports multi-variety small-batch production, meeting the requirements for different bag specifications and order quantities, making it an ideal roll-fed eco-friendly bag machine.

The forming template of this series uses a symmetrical adjustable dual-template structure, eliminating the need to change templates for different bag sizes. This effectively reduces the time needed to adjust bag sizes and increases machine productivity. The series also features a paper roll cutting knife that can be freely switched between a serrated knife and a flat knife, fully meeting customers' needs for different bag mouth types.

The ZB560RS primarily produces extra-large paper bags, with a finished bag length range of 240mm to 560mm and a gusset width range of 80mm to 280mm. The machine can stably and efficiently produce paper bags with a length of 560mm, offering a significant advantage in the paper bag machinery industry.

The ZB460RS primarily produces large paper bags, with a finished bag length range of 240mm to 460mm and a gusset width range of 80mm to 260mm. It is suitable for paper weights ranging from 80 to 170 gsm.
